This Policy supplements our Cookie & Tracking Policy and forms part of our Terms. By using the Services, you acknowledge this Policy.

Scope

This Policy applies to information we process when you visit our site, create an account, use free documentation, interact with our live chat, or (in the future) subscribe via a payment provider. It does not apply to websites, apps, or services we do not control.

How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information. We may share:

  • Service providers: hosting, security, analytics (after consent), live chat, email, and payment processing. They act under contract and process data only on our instructions.
  • Payment processors (future): to process subscriptions and combat fraud.
  • Compliance & safety: to competent authorities or third parties when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and integrity of the Services.
  • Corporate transactions: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate safeguards.

International Data Transfers

If data is transferred outside your country (e.g., to the U.S. or other locations), we implement appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (and UK Addendum, where applicable) and other measures to protect your information in line with applicable law.

  • Emails: you can opt out of non-transactional emails via unsubscribe links.

Payments (Future Subscriptions)

If you subscribe, payments will be handled by a third-party provider (e.g., Coinbase or another processor we integrate). We receive limited billing metadata from the provider for account and fraud-prevention purposes. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.

Children’s Privacy

The Services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
